About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our team. As a Sous Chef, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen team in the absence of the Head Chef and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
You will work closely with the Head Chef to develop menus, manage food stock, and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' experience in a busy kitchen, relevant trade qualifications, and excellent customer service skills.

* Kitchen Operations:
* Manage the kitchen team during the Head Chef's absence;
* Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation;
* Develop and implement efficient kitchen systems;
* Team Management:
* Recruit, train, and motivate kitchen staff;
* Maintain a positive and productive team environment;
* Food Planning and Preparation:
* Develop and implement menus that meet customer demands;
* Ensure accurate inventory management and stock control;
* Cooking and Food Service:
* Health and Safety:
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations;
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment;

Requirements
* At least 3 years' experience in a busy kitchen;
