A bit about the role:
Start date: 12 th January 2026
Base salary: $68,340 + Super + Bonuses + Shift loading
Full time Permanent role – Rotating roster
Monday-Friday: 6am-10.30pm
Saturday – Sunday: 8am-6pm
Location: West Perth or Joondalup – You choose

What you'll do:
Engage daily with 50-60 members over the phone to understand their needs. assisting them with any queries, changes or support they may need in relation to a range of RAC products and services.
Offer tailored solutions that make their lives easier.
Develop your knowledge of RAC products and Services through a full time training and upskilling program, allowing you to support a larger range of members
Confidently navigate multiple technology systems while simultaneously providing support and having engaging conversations with members
Smash your sales targets and celebrate your wins.

What we're looking for:
A natural communicator with a positive attitude.
Goal-driven and excited by the idea of earning commission.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, contact centre environment.
Previous sales experience is great, but not essential – we'll train you
