Training Officer Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and experience within the aged, disability and/or health care sector.
The role involves delivering high-quality training services to internal and external clients, conducting assessments, marking, and recording learning outcomes.
You will also be responsible for reporting learning outcomes to individual students and managers, participating in validation and moderation processes, and processing Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) documents.
Additionally, you will assist in identifying new growth and development opportunities for the RTO and provide feedback to the Curriculum team for continuous improvement of training resources.
About You
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (Essential)
* Experience within the aged, disability and/or health care sector (Desirable)
* Broad knowledge of education theory, including Adult Learning Principles
* National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain within 6 months validity)
* Working with Children Clearance (or willing to obtain at the interview stage)
* Evidence of COVID and Flu vaccinations
