Job Title: Collection Systems Project Officer
This is a professional opportunity to join our team as a Collection Systems Project Officer. In this role, you will play a critical part in the coordination and operation of collection systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Support: Provide high-quality project support to staff in the use and development of collection management systems.
* System Operations: Coordinate and operate collection systems, including technical development and documentation, scheduling, user support, and training for collection management and digital asset management systems.
* Staff Development: Equip staff with skills in general use and specific business processes.
* Documentation: Develop and maintain associated training documentation, including manuals and data entry guidelines.
* Troubleshooting: Work with internal stakeholders to solve problem issues using technical skills and enhance systems to improve business processes and efficiencies.
* Data Management: Assist with data cleaning and work associated with data migration and system upgrades, and the publication of records onto an online catalogue.
