WA Country Health Service (WACHS) Mental Health is seeking a Program Support Officer for Rural Psychiatry Training WA.

This is a Permanent/Fixed Term appointment available at various hours per fortnight, based at RPTWA Training Office – Bunbury.

Eligibility to Apply: To be eligible for appointment, applicants must have a valid working visa (for fixed term appointments) or be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or have a visa to live and work indefinitely in Australia.

Other Conditions: WA Health engages staff in positions of trust and responsibility. WA Health policies require applicants to undertake criminal records screening and integrity checking as part of the appointment process. Additional checks such as working with children checks and pre-employment health assessments may be required. References may be contacted to comment on integrity and ethical behaviour. Please note this recruitment process requires completion of a satisfactory Pre-Employment Health Assessment (PEHA). Any offer of employment is conditional on this assessment. The process may also be used to fill other similar vacancies within the health service for up to 12 months.

Position Profile: Responsible for managing administrative processes and functions to effectively deliver education and training programs for RPTWA, in accordance with RANZCP and WA Branch Training Committee requirements.
