**Administration Assistant - NSW Government**

This Government department within the emergency services sector is seeking an experienced administration professional with outstanding communication skills for an initial 3 month contract with view to extend.
**The role**:
**Responsibilities include**:
- Reception duties
- Communication effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Procurement/ordering and invoice processing
- Records and database management
- Provide general administrative support to the Manager and team as required
- Organise meetings, workshops, etc. including distributing material, setting up equipment, arranging catering
**Skills and Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administration role, Government experience is highly beneficial
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadline
- Demonstrated skills to work independently and collaboratively within a tea
