**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating high-level business support services to ensure the efficient functioning of the Customer Service Experience and Planning Branch.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement branch planning and assurance processes aligned with divisional strategies and plans.
* Provide technical expertise and operational support to the branch and division on a wide range of business matters.
* Prepare complex correspondence, briefing notes, and reports on specific projects and initiatives.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

* Highly organized and resilient with demonstrated experience in providing secretariat, administrative, and/or executive services.
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to build rapport with team members and senior executives.
