We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused team member to join our Support Office on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of payroll processing, accounts support, and general administration, with plenty of variety in day-to-day tasks.
About the Role
You’ll work closely with Payroll, Accounts Payable, and our wider admin team to keep things running smoothly. This is a broad support role, covering:
Key Responsibilities
* Payroll / AP Backup: Provide coverage for payroll and accounts payable when required.
* Inbox Management: Assist AP with clearing and actioning the shared inbox.
* SAP & UKG Data Entry: Enter weekly SAP hours, fleet allocations and transactional data sourced from UKG.
* Insurance Admin Support: Help maintain insurance records, documentation and follow-ups.
* Data Cleansing & Processing: Support special projects including:

o Preparing and cleansing data for our Oracle implementation
o System optimisation tasks
o Updating registers, spreadsheets, and internal records
* General Administration: Filing, document prep, follow-ups, and ad-hoc support to the finance and admin teams.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience in payroll, AP, or finance admin
* Confidence working with systems like SAP, UKG, or similar
* Someone organised, reliable, and happy to jump in where needed
* A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
