The role involves managing and delivering projects from due diligence through to development application, coordination of designs and contract administration.
* Certifying greenfield subdivision projects to Unity Water standards at construction phase.
* Negotiating with stakeholders in relation to project deliverables (approvals, applications, contractual matters) to ensure successful project delivery.
* Assisting the lead with design and delivery of large subdivision projects.
To be successful in this role, you will have the following attributes:
* Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery.
* Demonstrated project management skills.
* Unity Water construction certifying accreditation.
* Previous experience working on urban development projects.
