About the Role
As the Business Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing corporate services, supporting educational management activities, and leading systemic change within the school community.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing leadership and oversight across infrastructure, human resources, and workplace health and safety (WH&S).
Supervising and managing school support staff, including monitoring workloads, performance, and professional development needs.
Supporting the Principal in budget preparation, financial management, and resource sustainability initiatives.
Overseeing facilities and grounds maintenance, including contractor negotiations and repairs scheduling.
Building networks with other Business Managers and stakeholders to ensure best practice in corporate service delivery.
This role would suit a proactive and empathetic leader with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
About You
