Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Office Administrator to ensure the smooth operation of our office activities in a timely and accurate manner.

The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge of Accounts Payable and Receivable processes, have experience in payroll management, excellent customer communication skills, and be able to provide support with marketing activities.

* A minimum 2-3 years' experience in an office administration role is required, preferably within an Electrical or related Trade Business environment

The ideal candidate will also be experienced in utilizing XERO, Word, Excel software integrations as well as Simpro software. Our organization prioritizes employee development and offers flexible part-time roles based in Mona Vale Sydney while ensuring exceptional customer service levels.
