About the Role:
We're hiring for a new, high-profile HRIM transformation program and looking for skilled Test Consultants with hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience. This is an exciting opportunity to join Planit, a premier IT Consultancy, delivering test services into large-scale Enterprise clients across Australia.
Essential Skills and Experience:
* Strong hands-on testing experience in SAP SuccessFactors, particularly across HR modules (e.g., Employee Central, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Performance).
* Proven experience working on HRIS/HRIM transformation projects or enterprise-level SAP implementations.
* Good understanding of end-to-end testing of SuccessFactors including integrations with payroll platforms or other third-party HR tools.
* Strong grasp of Test Planning, Design, Execution, and Defect Management processes.
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid environments and managing stakeholder engagement in large enterprise settings.
* Experienced in Application Integration testing and tools such as Postman, SOAPUI, or similar for interface validation
* Comfortable working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments
* Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration
* ISTQB Foundation / Advanced Test Analyst and/or Certified Agile Tester accreditation preferred
