Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage commercial sales and leasing campaigns
* Source and secure new business opportunities
* Negotiate with tenants, purchasers, vendors, and landlords
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Prepare marketing materials, contracts, leasing documentation, and reports
* Work closely with internal stakeholders including legal and property management teams
* Prepare sales and leasing appraisals (strong Excel skills required)
* Draft sales and leasing contracts and negotiate with tenants and buyers
* Manage client communications via phone and email
* Conduct property inspections and condition reports
* Liaise with owners, tenants, and contractors
* Contribute to business development and market presence
