Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Utilize condition monitoring data to identify, quantify, analyze, and solve issues for clients
* Provide business development and growth within the branch, providing technical support and direction
* Maintain and utilize customer mapping and quotation registers to support sales growth
* Advise technical recommendations to the mechanical/splicing service division
* Develop accurate and comprehensive client reports on belt/conveyor efficiencies and recommendations on how to achieve optimum efficiencies
About You:
* Qualification in a mechanical or engineering discipline
* Ideal LS license to use radiation equipment or license to use LX equipment
* Strong commitment to safety and quality
* Conveyor industry knowledge including general conveyor belt maintenance, belt splicing, rubber lining, and lagging
* Proven knowledge of NDT techniques, methods, and devices
* Knowledge of total quality management policies and procedures
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Hold Full Australian Work rights
