We are seeking a passionate, organised, and people‑focused Office Administrator / Enrolments Officer to join our Administration team and support both new and existing families with excellence.
About the Role
This is a key position within the Administration team, supporting the day to day operational requirements of the school. You’ll work closely with the Principal, Business Manager, and Executive Team to ensure a welcoming and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
Office Administration
* Provide high‑quality administrative support to ensure the efficient daily operation of the school office
* Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and enquiries, delivering friendly and professional customer service.
* Assist with first aid procedures (if trained) and support student wellbeing needs when they present to the office.
* Support general office tasks, including document preparation, data entry, and maintenance of school records.
Enrolments
* Act as the first point of contact for prospective families.
* Manage the enrolment process, including interviews and documentation with the support of the executive team.
* Maintain enrolment databases and statistics.
* Support the Marketing team in coordinating school tours and open days.
About You
* Proven experience in administration roles. Additional experience in schools and/or enrolments would be highly regarded but not essential.
* Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Proficiency in digital systems and processes.
* Highly organised with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
