Senior Associate or Special Counsel – Employment Law
SBL Recruitment is proud to partner with a highly regarded national law firm seeking a Special Counsel – Employment Solicitor to join its Perth office.
The Opportunity
You will work closely with leading Partners across the national practice, advising blue‐chip corporates, listed entities, and government clients on complex and strategic employment matters, including:
* Unfair dismissal and general protections claims
* Workplace investigations and executive disputes
* Discrimination, bullying and harassment matters
* Industrial relations strategy and enterprise agreements
* Restraints of trade and confidential information disputes
* Employment litigation across state and federal jurisdictions
* Ongoing advisory and risk management support
* Engage in high‐prole matters
About You
You will ideally have:
* 7+ years' PAE in employment/workplace relations law
* Strong employer‐side advisory and litigation experience
* Proven ability to manage matters independently
* Excellent drafting and strategic thinking capability
* A commercial mindset with strong client relationship skills
* The ambition and drive to progress toward Partnership
* Experience mentoring Junior Solicitor's
