The Role:
You will play an integral role in connecting great talent with employers with responsibilities including:
* Sourcing, engaging and screening candidates across multiple platforms
* Conducting meaningful interviews to assess skillset, culture fit and long-term potential
* Guiding candidates through every stage of the recruitment process
* Working alongside Business Development Managers to deliver standout service to clients
* Completing reference checks and ensuring quality throughout
* Providing ongoing candidate care and building relationships that last
* You'll champion compliance by ensuring every candidate is fully verified, compliant and site-ready before deployment
You will bring:
* Background in agency recruitment or any role where pace, pressure and people skills are essential
* Exceptional customer service focus combined with excellent follow-through
* Experience successfully recruiting in a high volume, fast paced environment
* Superior ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
* Warm, confident and professional in communication
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
