Job Opportunity:
The primary purpose of this role is to act as a liaison between our organization and its human resources department. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate company policies and expectations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is required;
* At least 5 years of experience in HR roles within mining or heavy manufacturing sectors;
* Demonstrated proficiency in negotiating labor contracts and resolving employee conflicts;
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Hiring Process, conflict resolution techniques, compensation negotiation,
employment contract creation/evaluation/testing.
