Lymphoedema Practitioner Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lymphoedema Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for the provision of person-centred care coordination, including clinical assessment and treatment, self-management education, support and referral to consumers living with Lymphoedema, their carers and families.
You will manage and maintain a client database, inclusive of waitlists and ongoing follow up needs of clients. You will also be responsible for managing booking systems and triaging referrals based on need, as well as maintaining accurate reporting data for service.
To be successful in this role, you will require a minimum of 2 years recent postgraduate experience in clinical nursing or allied health specialty, demonstrated diverse and advanced communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously whilst being part of a team. Registration with AHPRA in your current field and the National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register is mandatory.
