Your Role
Based in our Hornsby office, you’ll be responsible for a range of financial and administrative tasks that keep our organisation running efficiently and compliantly. You’ll work closely with our Executive team, support staff, and clients to ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in all financial matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Process fortnightly payroll, including timesheets, ABA files, and payslips.
* Undertake claim submissions for various government funded programs.
* Create and issue invoices and remittance advices.
* Manage accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments.
* Enter payable invoices and prepare banking files.
* Reconcile bank accounts and Medicare income reports.
* Prepare financial reports for the Executive team and government submissions.
* Maintain staff records and support onboarding of new staff and clients.
* Assist with inventory management and general office support.
* Respond to stakeholder account enquiries with professionalism and care.
* Promote Carexcell’s values and services within the community.
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in accounting preferably in aged care or NDIS.
* Relevant qualifications in accounting or other related field.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude.
* Familiarity with accounting software and payroll systems.
* Commitment to confidentiality and ethical standards
