We are seeking a hardworking and motivated employee in the role of Fork Lift Driver and Manufacturing Mill Hand to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production and quality control process, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our feed mill.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the daily operations of the feed mill
* Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
* Load and unload raw material and finished products
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment and work areas
* Follow all health and safety regulation and procedures
* Monitor product quality and report to supervisor when issues arise
* Support other team members as needed to meet production goals
Requirements of successful candidate:
* Fork Lift License with a minimum of 2 years experience.
* LF licence required for this position
* Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
* Ability to operate and maintain machinery in a timely manner
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
* Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labour
* Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions
* Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and overtime
* Australian citizenship is required for this role
