About the Role
This role is pivotal in ensuring inspectors are highly skilled, regulatory-compliant, and delivering reports to the highest standard. Working closely with the COO, you will refine training materials, develop compliance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Raise industry standards by developing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
* Maintain and improve compliance frameworks to meet regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate with the management team to establish and implement best practices.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
* Develop and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders.
Requirements
* WA Registered Building Practitioner OR Registered Building Surveyor (mandatory).
* Compliance or training certification (desirable).
* Proven experience in building inspections (highly regarded).
