About the Role

The Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for delivering timely and accurate HR services, streamlining HR functions, reporting HR metrics, managing terminations, and ensuring compliance. The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the IR/ER Lead.
Your primary functions will include:
* Data reporting and analysis for Operations and HR business functions.
* Developing best practice reports which are easy to use and on point.
* Link data sources including Chris 21, PageUp, Kineo E3, and Humanforce for reporting.
* Sharing information across the business, identifying risk and trends while making evidence-based recommendations.
* Ensure up to data and compliance reporting for: (Vaccinations), Education (AHPRA) and Australian Working rights (Visa’s etc.), Practitioner Information Exchange.
* Assist the People and Culture Business Partners in day-to-day transactional Human Resources functions including contracts, contract variations, statement of service, service awards and letter creations.
* Other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
* Qualification in Human Resources (or working towards qualification).
* Current and valid NDIS check and Statutory Declaration that does not preclude working in Aged Care;
* Right to Work – Australian Citizen, Resident, or current Visa;
* Current driver’s license, willingness to travel to various Residences
* Proven organisational, administrative and time management skills including strong attention to detail;
* Effective self-management and prioritisation of workloads;
* Demonstrated capacity to work flexibly and willingness to work on different and multiple activities;
* Highly effective interpersonal and communication skills for dealing with a diverse range of people;
* Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail;
* Eager to learn and explore various approaches to a solution;
* Demonstrated skills in relating to a broad range of people with a high level of discretion.
Desirable:
* Knowledge of PageUp, Chris 21, Kineo E3 and Humanforce.
* Proficiency in the use of software e.g., Microsoft Office Suite
