The Role
Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Account Manager to nurture and maintain vital relationships with our clients. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact, advocating for the client within the organization while identifying opportunities to maximize the value of every customer relationship.
You will work in close collaboration with the Service Teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and efficient delivery of works.
Key Responsibilities
* Relationship Management: Build rapport and trust with clients by understanding their unique needs, goals, and challenges.
* Strategic Growth: Develop comprehensive account plans to achieve client objectives and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services.
* Consultation: Conduct needs assessments to provide strategic advice and solutions that address client pain points.
* Coordination: Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Support) to ensure smooth communication.
* Contract Management: Negotiate contract terms and renewals to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
* Problem Resolution: Serve as the escalation point for issues, working cross-functionally to resolve them quickly and effectively.

This role relies heavily on teamwork. You will collaborate with Service Engineers to discuss potential works, share strategy, and highlight upgrade opportunities such as technology refreshes or end-of-life controller upgrades.
Success is measured by:
* Leading Indicators: Maintenance renewals, timely quote submissions, and a growing sales pipeline .
* Lagging Indicators: Sales revenue and margin targets.
