Role Summary
As a trusted advisor and growth catalyst, you will drive orders through channel partners and build a high-quality pipeline via consultant prescription.
You will focus on building relationships with distributors, panel builders, system integrators, EPCs, and other channel partners while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value-based solutions.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain account plans for distributors, panel builders, system integrators, and EPCs.
Negotiate commercial terms, run joint business plans and QBRs, and manage pricing strategy.
Engage consultants through CPD sessions, design guides, and influence technical standards/specifications.
Track opportunities from specification to tender to award, ensuring pull-through with selected channel partners.
Prospect, qualify, and progress opportunities; run bid/no-bid and win strategies.
Position solutions with value, TCO, ROI, including software and services attachment.
Execute partner enablement plans (training, certification, demo kits).
Activate marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, case studies, and local campaigns.
Leverage Schneider Electric tools (mySchneider, Select, proposal tools) to improve sales velocity.
Collaborate with presales, services, tendering, marketing, and supply chain teams.
Align with segment leaders across Healthcare, Data Centers, Infrastructure, Renewables, Heavy Industries, Power & Grid.
Adhere to Schneider Electric policies (pricing, credit, ethics, EHS) and maintain accurate forecasting and funnel hygiene.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development, solution sales, or consulting in energy automation, power systems, or digital energy.
Demonstrated success working with electrical distributors, panel builders, system integrators, and EPCs.
Strong knowledge of the Digital Power portfolio: power metering, power quality, protection & control, EMS/EPMS software, EcoStruxure Power, and digital services.
Strong commercial acumen, including pricing, margin, deal structure, and proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM.
Proven ability to drive specifications with consultants and convert them to awarded orders via channel partners.
Competencies: Sales Excellence, Technical Fluency, Channel Management, Prescription & Influence, Execution Discipline, Collaboration.
Strategic thinker with a customer-first mindset, excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with LV & MV power distribution, industrial automation, power quality correction, metering systems, or energy-as-a-service models is a plus.
