**About You**
- Experience in administration or receptionist roles
- Background in Accounting (preferred but not essential)
- Ability to obtain or already possess an ABN
- Driver's License and own transport
- Highly attentive to details, efficient, a team player and willing to learn
**Responsibilities**
- Assisting Manager and Team Members with daily administrative tasks including drafting property listings, drafting Form 6 and managing rental and sales contract dates
- Printing, Scanning and Photocopying documents
- Invoicing and Trust Receipt
- Filing
- Rental Key Managements
- General opening, end of day cleaning and closing up of shop
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 22.5 per week
**Salary**: Up to $45,000.00 per year
