What You'll Be Doing
* Lead and manage the end‐to‐end estimating process for commercial fitout and refurbishment projects.
* Analyse tender documentation, conduct site inspections, and liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
* Prepare accurate cost plans, BOQs, and tender submissions in line with margin parameters.
* Mentor and support junior estimators and contribute to a high‐performing team culture.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project handovers and successful bid outcomes.
* Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
* Stay ahead of industry trends and estimating technologies.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in commercial fitout and refurbishment.
* Strong understanding of construction methodologies, tendering processes, and cost planning.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and estimating software.
* A proactive, solutions‐focused mindset with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
