What will you do?
Are you ready to drive digital transformation and help shape the future of our platforms? As our Senior Digital Business Analyst, you'll be the strategic link between business needs and innovative technology solutions. You'll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, champion best practices, and help us unlock new opportunities for growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Digital Strategy & Solution Design: Lead the analysis and optimisation of digital business processes, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories and solution designs.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships across the organisation, facilitating workshops and driving consensus to ensure business needs are met efficiently and effectively.
* Data‑Driven Insights: Conduct data analysis to support strategic decisions, leveraging digital tools and platforms to uncover trends and opportunities.
* Project Leadership: Contribute to project planning, timeline management, and agile ceremonies, ensuring initiatives are delivered on time and with impact.
* Continuous Improvement: Document processes, manage backlogs, and facilitate solution design discussions to keep our engineering and product teams moving forward.
* Change Management: Support user training and adoption for new digital solutions, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success.
Who are you & what will you bring?
* Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field (highly desirable).
* 5+ years' experience in business analysis, with a focus on digital platforms and transformation.
* Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting tools.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
* Salesforce experience is a plus
