Key Role: Clinical Consultant
Stryker is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Consultant to join our Trauma team in South Australia.
This position involves providing expert in-theatre support during trauma surgeries, assisting surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products, and delivering high-quality education and training to healthcare professionals.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Offer in-theatre assistance during trauma surgeries, ensuring seamless collaboration with surgeons and hospital staff on the efficient use of Stryker products.
* Deliver comprehensive education and training to healthcare professionals on the optimal use of Stryker products.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee exceptional product support and customer satisfaction.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stryker products and industry trends.
* Participate in an on-call roster to provide after-hours/weekend procedural support as needed.
Essential Qualifications:
* Tertiary qualifications in Nursing or Allied Health (Theatre Nursing is a significant advantage).
* Familiarity with the operating theatre environment.
* Exceptional communication skills and a strong passion for achieving successful patient outcomes.
* Previous orthopaedic experience or knowledge would be highly beneficial but is not essential.
