Health and Safety Professional - Fatigue Risk Management
Aurizon is seeking a skilled Health and Safety professional to join our team on a 12-month fixed term. This role is suited for someone with experience in structured project work within a safety-critical environment.
The successful candidate will support the implementation of Aurizon's Fatigue Risk Management System (FRMS) across operational and frontline teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating rollout activities, supporting workshops, and assisting with risk assessments and data analysis.
About You
* Experience in project coordination, safety improvement, operations, regulatory compliance, or human factors
* Strong organisational and documentation skills with attention to detail
* Ability to follow structured processes and work within defined safety frameworks
* Confidence analysing data and preparing simple reports or insights
* Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
