**Business Growth Professional**
We're excited to offer a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our organisation as a Business Growth Professional. This full-time role will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, driving growth strategy, and collaborating with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and secure new clients across various industries
* Solicit new business within assigned territories, focusing on acquiring profitable competitor customers
* Meet sales targets for LPG and Industrial gases, maintaining customer data in the system
* Maintain records of competitors' customers and develop trade alliances
* Submit timely monthly reports covering margins, volumes, and competitor activity
* Ensure customers have valid supply agreements and comply with safety standards
* Collaborate with customer service, branch, and transport teams to maintain service levels
Requirements:
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of customer needs and technical expertise
* From a sales, business development, or market development background
* Energy industry experience in a business-to-business environment is an advantage
* Able to think outside the square and possess an open-minded approach
* Possess strong work ethics with good negotiating and conflict resolution skills
* Strong commitment to safety, complying with safety standards and regulations
* Hold a valid and clean driver's license
