Job Description
* Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
* Manage inventory control, stock levels, and stock rotation processes.
* Implement and maintain health and safety protocols within the warehouse environment.
* Coordinate and supervise a team of warehouse staff, including rostering and training.
* Ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment and dispatch.
* Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and optimise workflows.
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
* Identify and address areas for improvement within warehouse procedures and operations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Warehouse Manager should have:
