The Position
Your key responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
* Managing and regularly updating social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
* Running the email marketing program and managing the company CRM
* Researching engaging and relevant content for the website and digital platforms
* Acting as the first point of contact for all creative suppliers, photographers, and media outlets
* Collaborating with agents on custom marketing campaigns-from concept to execution
* Creating and managing marketing materials and templates for both agent and agency use
* Assisting the Operations Manager with staff events and internal initiatives
* Reviewing performance data via Google Analytics and other tools to track campaign success and report to the Head of Marketing
* Helping coordinate and manage community sponsorships and local initiatives
* Handling ad hoc marketing tasks and stepping in wherever support is needed
The Person
The ideal candidate for the role of Marketing Manager will have:
* Experience as a Marketing Coordinator
* Marketing and Communications degree or similar qualification
* Confident and professional written and verbal communication skills
* Determination to succeed
* High attention to detail and excellent time management and organisational skills
* A team player mindset
* Highly organised and able to deal with conflicting priorities
* Knowledge of marketing trends to keep us at the forefront
* Knowledge and experience in the Real Estate industry would be desirable
* Awareness of our competitors and their activity
