About the role
We are currently recruiting Labourers to join our crews across Greater Brisbane. Experience in the gas industry is highly regarded, but not essential — we're willing to train the right people who have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
This role is hands‑on and physically demanding, so you'll need to be fit and ready to work outdoors. It's an excellent opportunity to learn new skills, gain industry experience, and grow with a supportive company that values its people.
Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Assisting Crew Leaders and Supervisors with daily tasks
* Hand digging trenches and preparing sites for gas service and mains installation
* Setting up site signage and traffic management
* Spotting for machinery and ensuring safe operations
* Assisting with welding and electrofusion welding (training provided)
* Conducting daily pre-start checks on equipment and machinery

What You'll Need
* Manual Driver's Licence
* MR or HR Licence (or willingness to obtain)
* Construction White CardPhysically fit and capable of manual labour
* A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude
