Field Service Technician
We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Western Australia. As a key member of our team, your primary responsibilities will include providing hands-on support and maintenance for various devices such as laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and IP phones.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues in an Intune environment.
* Demonstrate strong networking expertise in a Cisco-based infrastructure with a focus on maintaining network stability and efficiency.
* Showcase experience in delivering 'hands and feet' support services for IT teams.
* Develop and execute technical maintenance plans to ensure optimal system performance.
Essential Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support roles.
* Strong understanding of service level agreements (SLAs) and the ability to meet or exceed SLA requirements.
* High awareness of workplace safety protocols and a commitment to adhering to them at all times.
* Profound knowledge of cybersecurity principles and adherence to established security policies.
