The Role
As Senior Project Manager, you will take the lead on a variety of key projects within the organisation. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- the delivery of multiple projects from pre-construction through to handover and defect liability
- the performance of the project team, including career/skill development and mentoring
- the delivery of projects in accordance with building specs and standards
- head and sub-contractual requirements
- tender interviews and letting of contracts, including subcontractor negotiations
- project delivery systems and EHSQ responsibilities
- the financial responsibilities of our projects
- the detailed programmes
To Be Successful
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or similar and proven experience working for a principal contractor in a project management role. You will also have a strong understanding of project management within the construction industry (fit out and refurbishment experience would be a plus). ultimately, you will be a natural leader and motivator who cares for their team and knows how to get the best out of them.
Experience Required
- Experience delivering projects $40m +
- Experience delivering high rise residential
