What you will do As senior policy officer, you will lead policy and governance work across the justice system. You will support key boards and panels with clear advice and strong coordination. You will: prepare complex cabinet and parliamentary documents draft clear ministerial briefs and correspondence develop and deliver practical policy proposals and programs give informed advice on reform, performance and system issues build strong relationships and support a positive team culture. About you A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable. You may also bring experience in policy, law or government processes. You should also have: strong policy development and implementation experience good knowledge of government processes and governance sound skills in analysis and problem solving ability to deliver projects and work across complex environments.
