About Our Support Practitioner Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Support Practitioner. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of others.
In this role, you will be working with adults with varying needs, providing one-to-one support to help them develop the skills required to live independently. You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate records of support visits, risk assessments, and support plans.
As a member of our team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside colleagues who share your commitment to delivering high-quality services. You will have the opportunity to expand on your existing knowledge and develop new skills, with full training provided.
This is a 37 hour per week role, operating Monday to Friday 8am-8pm and Saturday and Sunday 10am-6pm. The core hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. No previous experience is necessary; we welcome applicants from all backgrounds and provide comprehensive induction and training. We value lived experience and encourage applications from individuals with relevant personal or professional experiences.
