What you will do
- Follow the Orthodontist's recommendations and discuss treatment plans with patients
- Confidently answer enquiries and ensure patients have a positive experience
- Assist with tasks including photographing teeth and building patient files
- Build rapport and positive relationships with patients
- Discuss payments plans and financial options in a skilled manner
- Draw up quotes and create contracts based on the Orthodontist's instructions
What you will bring
- You have previous experience in a sales or customer facing role
- Warm, engaging communicator who quickly builds rapport with customers
- Must have access to your own car and be happy travelling to multiple practices
- Self-motivated and driven to learn new skills
- Any Dental or Orthodontic experience would be a bonus
