Why this role?
We’re looking for an Account Manager to lead our Education portfolio across Queensland. This isn’t just a sales role – it’s a chance to become a trusted advisor to some of the most dynamic institutions in the state.
You’ll take ownership of a well-established client base, while also driving growth in a rapidly expanding market with endless potential.

What you’ll do:
* Manage and growa portfolio of key education clients across Queensland
* Identify new opportunities in emerging education infrastructure and digital initiatives
* Provide strategic account management, acting as a trusted advisor to your customers
* Deliver customer-first outcomes in collaboration with our technical, delivery, and support teams
* Maintain a strong pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasting
* Hit and exceed sales KPIs, supported by a capable, collaborative sales and solutions team
What we’re looking for:
* Proven B2B sales experience (2+ years), ideally in tech, AV, UC, or a similar field
* Experience managing budgets and sales targets with a record of success
* Strong relationship-building skills and a customer-centric mindset
* Passion for technology and an interest in how AV and unified communications are shaping the modern digital learning environment
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
