The Position
We are looking for a full-time permanent employee to help grow our technical team by providing Level 3 Technical Support to our customers. You will also be able to show your abilities while executing projects and mentor and train Level 1 and 2 technicians.
The requirements for the role are:
* A minimum of 3 years recent experience in a similar role.
* In depth knowledge of Windows OS including 10/11 and Server 2016/2019/2022/2025.
* A good working knowledge of Networks.
* Hands on experience with Firewalls, UTMs, Switches and Routers.
* Be willing to work flexible hours for scheduled after hours work and emergency outages.
* Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
* Having a reliable vehicle and a current Australian Driver's Licence.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of and experience with:
* Proxmox and Virtual Servers
* Windows server migrations and upgrades
* Office 365 migrations
* Microsoft Azure
* Sophos XGS Firewall
* Veeam and Shadow Protect Products
* Exchange / Office 365 and Active Directory
* SharePoint
* IPTel
