We're on the lookout for an experienced Immigration Lawyer or Registered Migration Agent who loves a challenge and thrives in a supportive, versatile workplace. You'll work across a diverse range of skilled visa types, from employer-sponsored programs to individual and family migration matters.
What You'll Do
Manage a caseload covering all skilled visa categories
Provide accurate, strategic immigration advice to clients
Prepare and lodge visa applications with precision and empathy
Work closely with our friendly, remote-based team
Contribute ideas and help us grow, both as a firm and as professionals
What We Need You To Have
Foremost we need your values to align with ours
Minimum 5 years' experience in Australian immigration law or migration practice
Experience across skilled, employer-sponsored, and family/individual visa categories
Experience with a range of labour agreements desirable
A proactive mindset and willingness to collaborate
Excellent communication and client management skills
A sense of humour and a love of teamwork (we take our work seriously, but not ourselves!)
