This role is key to promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring compliance with legislation, and driving continuous improvement.You'll provide practical support, deliver training, and influence safe behaviours across the site. Strong communication, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach are essential.Facilitate risk assessments, incident investigations (including ICAMs), and internal auditsBuild key relationships across departments and mentor supervisors and workers in the fieldDeliver effective safety training and support return-to-work processesEnsure accurate reporting and analysis of safety performance dataAbout youYou'll be part of a supportive and inclusive team where your contributions are recognised and rewarded with a proven career path. To succeed in this role, you'll bring a strong background in health and safety, along with practical experience in high-risk environments, ideally in an underground setting.Diploma or higher in WHS, with at least 5 years' experience in mining.
