Job Description
Manage the overall financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements in the not-for-profit sector.
Oversee financial reporting and present insights to the leadership team.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support organisational objectives.
Supervise and mentor the accounting team to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor cash flow and manage investments to optimise financial performance.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with organisational priorities.
Lead the preparation for audits and liaise with external auditors.
A Successful Finance Manager Should Have
CPA or CA Qualified.
Experience in the not-for-profit sector and knowledge of its financial regulations (not essential but desirable).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
A commitment to supporting the mission of the organisation.
