 
        
        Join Value NSW as a Graduate Valuer to develop valuation expertise across NSW with flexible hybrid work and a supportive team. 
Your Role 
Key responsibilities include: 
- Undertaking and assisting with professional property and valuation information consistent with legislation and policy 
- Participating in a 24-month graduate program with up to four six-month rotations across teams including Rating & Taxing, Objections, Compulsory Acquisitions, and Special Valuations 
- Providing valuation support and advice to the Valuer General and government clusters 
- Gaining exposure to valuing every parcel of land in NSW and determining compensation for compulsory acquisitions 
About You 
The company is looking for candidates who possess: 
- Drive, motivation, and commitment to learning with self-reflection ability 
- Strong communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills 
- Ability to achieve quality outcomes efficiently and make decisions within delegation on valuation matters 
- Deliver on outcomes that are transparent, objective, on time and in accordance with relevant requirements 
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies and their application 
- Student or Provisional Member of the Australian Property Institute 
- Completion of or undertaking qualifications eligible for Associate Membership of the Australian Property Institute by end of 2025 
- Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
