Are you driven to make a meaningful impact in your community? A career as a Case Manager in Community Corrections offers a unique opportunity to play a vital role in enhancing public safety. By delivering evidence‐based case management and tailored support, you will help reduce reoffending and support individuals on their path to positive change.

Locations: Various locations statewide – Brisbane, South Coast, Central, Northern, North Coast, Southern, Far North regions.

Responsibilities
* Ensure community safety by effectively interviewing individuals, identifying potential risks, and responding promptly with appropriate risk management strategies.
* Lead efforts to rehabilitate and reintegrate individuals under community supervision.
* Support public safety by ensuring compliance with the conditions of community‐based orders.
* Deliver evidence‐based case management, develop tailored supervision plans, and guide individuals on their journey toward a crime‐free future.
* Manage complexity and pace by effectively multi‐tasking in a dynamic operating environment.
* Apply policy and procedural frameworks to day‐to‐day offender management practices with accuracy and sound judgment.
Key Requirements
* You must hold a bachelor's degree in a field related to human services or criminology (e.g., Law, Justice, Humanities, Psychology, Social Sciences, Behavioural Science, Social Welfare, Health, Education, Business, or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Studies). If you're in your final year of study, you can apply for temporary vacancies; you will be assessed for a suitability‐based talent pool, conditional on completing your degree and providing formal proof from a recognised tertiary institution.
* Successful applicants appointed will be required to complete the Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months of commencement, with full certification achieved within 18 months.
* Hold a current C‐class driver's licence.
* Possess the right to live and work in Australia.
