Senior Construction Manager – Lead a $1bn+ Portfolio of Projects
Design and Build is proud to exclusively partner with a national organisation to source an respected Senior Construction Manager. This is a unique opportunity to take the lead in delivering a $1bn+ portfolio of commercial construction projects across the inner south east suburbs.
About Our Client:
With operations spanning NSW, QLD, VIC, and WA, our client is a trusted name in the industry, delivering a diverse range of projects across both private and public sectors. Known for their innovation, commitment to excellence, and people-first culture, they are seeking a seasoned skilled to join their leadership team.
The Role:
As Senior Construction Manager, you will oversee the successful delivery of a multi site project portfolio, each valued between totalling $1bn+. Reporting to the state leadership team, you will ensure these projects are completed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving the delivery of a $1bn+ portfolio, managing programmes, costs, and outcomes.
- Providing strategic leadership and direction across multiple projects.
- Managing key stakeholder relationships with both private and public sector clients.
- Mentoring and developing junior team members to strengthen organisational capability.
About You:
You are a proven leader with local experience managing large-scale, complex portfolios within Tier 1 or leading Tier 2 construction organisations. Your background spans diverse sectors, including commercial, residential, institutional, and government projects.
