What you\'ll be doing
Delivering friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our diverse range of customers
Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and processing sales transactions
Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing retail environment
Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
Collaborating with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets
Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
What we\'re looking for
Previous experience in a customer service or sales-focused role, preferably in the retail industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
