Social Support Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our programs in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing daily operations, ensuring high-quality support for customers.
This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on fostering a culture of cohesion among staff.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate daily programs and activities, including Everyday Life skills and after-school programs.
2. Deliver on program outcomes and customer goals, prioritising and meeting competing needs.
3. Nurture and retain relationships with customers, families, and staff, identifying and resolving problems using a person-centred approach.
4. Train staff to ensure the highest standard of customer outcomes, reviewing and updating rosters and reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the disability sector, knowledge of NDIS standards and funding, and excellent administrative skills.
