* We are seeking someone to facilitate the Firm's financial information and process accounts payable and receivable.
* Responsibilities include reconciling general ledgers, preparing financial statements, and coordinating conference & meeting rooms.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for reception duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors on arrival, client liaison and follow-up, photocopying, filing & stock ordering;
